PHNX welcomes Students from around the world. We understand that finding accommodation while studying abroad can be challenging at times. That's why we offer a Plug and Play solution where all you need to bring is yourself and your luggage. Upon arrival you will find a ready to live in apartment with everything you need from bed linen, duvet, cushions, towels all the way to shampoo and body lotion. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything down to the bottle opener. Say goodbye to trips to IKEA and start having fun in a city which will truly fascinate you!

Stay flexible. Students can enjoy our free cancellation policy up to 14 days in advance. In case of late cancellation or no show, one month’s rent will be charged.
A deposit is required amounting to one month’s rent.
You get a free cleaning once a month within the student-rate.
The cleaning includes:
- professional cleaning and disinfection of your room
- change of towels
- change of bed linen
- emptying your garbage
- wash-up what ever you leave in the sink
Additional cleaning: EUR 15
Final cleaning fee: EUR 110
All German taxes apply
Pets are allowed, but must be communicated to PHNX prior to arrival.
An additional check-out cleaning fee of EUR 18 will be applied per stay.
On-street parking is available in walking distance. There is also a large parking garage nearby for an hourly and daily fee.
Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
Penalties, including a cleaning fee will apply.
