About the Event
On April 14th the best German and English-speaking poetry slammers in northern Germany meet on the PHNX stage.
Poetry Slam is a live poetry contest. The performers have ten minutes to convince the audience of themselves and their texts. Sometimes it gets loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes funny, sometimes heartwarming, whether political cabaret or profound poetry, everything is allowed and all of that belongs on the slam stage. Poetry Slam is diversity, art and entertainment all combined in one event and in the end the audience decides what they liked best to determine the best poet of the evening.
