Enjoy fresh food and drink you can feel good about at PHNX. Our goal is to create menus featuring sustainable ingredients with the freshest organic fruits and vegetables. All locally sourced wherever possible. Carnivore, vegetarian or vegan...there’s something for all tastes and diets.
Breakfast
We use one of Hamburg's best beans for our freshly brewed coffee. The breakfast can be ordered to go or you can enjoy our breakfast buffet. Alternatively you can prepare your favourite dish in your own kitchenette.
From 7am-10am Mo.-Fr.
8am-11am on weekends and public holidays.
